Privacy Policy

This umbrella policy explains how BAMF Apps LLC (“BAMF Apps”, “we”) approaches privacy across all of our apps. Each app also has its own detailed privacy policy describing exactly what that app does. Where the two differ for a specific app, the app’s own policy governs that app.

Our approach

• We design our apps to run close to you and to collect as little as possible. Several of our apps collect no personal data at all.
• For self-hosted apps, your data lives on hardware you control. We operate no servers for those apps and have no access to your data. You (the operator) are the data controller.
• We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or sell your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@bamfapps.com with the app name in the subject line. For self-hosted apps, direct these requests to the operator of the instance you use.

Children’s privacy

Apps not specifically designated as child-directed are not intended for children under 13. Apps that are made for children (clearly marked on their app page) follow the applicable children’s privacy rules and collect no personal data.

Changes
