Terms of Service (End-User License Agreement): Little Doodles

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Doodles mobile application ("the app"), published by BAMF Apps LLC ("BAMF Apps", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you ("you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Because the app is intended for young children, these Terms are directed to the parent, guardian, or adult who installs and supervises its use.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, for your and your family's personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

2. Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use the app in any unlawful manner.

3. No accounts; the app is free

The app requires no account and collects no personal information (see the Privacy Policy at https://bamfapps.com/apps/little-doodles/privacy). The app is provided free of charge and contains no advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

4. Children's use and parental supervision

The app is designed for young children and is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian (or have their permission) and that you accept these Terms on the child's behalf.

5. User-created content

Drawings and other content a child creates in the app are stored only on your device. We do not access, host, collect, or back up this content. You are responsible for it, including backing it up before uninstalling, since uninstalling the app deletes it.

6. Intellectual property

The app and its original content, artwork, sounds, and features are owned by BAMF Apps and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-party stores

Your download and use of the app are also subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from. The app stores are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app. Where required, Apple and Google are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAMF APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it (which is zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BAMF Apps from any claims or demands arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you violate them. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://bamfapps.com/apps/little-doodles/terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
